What is ‘Ballet of Lights’?
Ballet of Lights is an abridged version of the original Sleeping Beauty ballet composed over 130 years ago. And the magic doesn’t stop at the dancing. At this show, the century-old tale is given a luminous twist thanks to the glow-in-the-dark ballerina costumes. Every plié and pirouette is illuminated by hundreds of LED lights embellished on their arms, tutus and tiaras.
Ballet, its storytelling and the show
For hundreds of years, ballet has been one of the most treasured mediums for storytelling. Characters and plotlines come to life through dance and music, and the genre has enchanted audiences all over the world.
During the 60-minutes show, audiences are known to fall under the trance of the magnificent choreography illuminated by lights, but the narrator helps keep spectators fully immersed in the story.

This immersive dance spectacle breathes new life into The Sleeping Beauty. True love’s first kiss is illuminated by glimmering ensembles that light up the stage, making for an utterly marvelous evening of dance, music and light. Doors open 30 minutes before the start of the concert and late arrivals are not allowed.
